I can't recommend Arcido enough. Their bags and accessories are not just well-made but also thoughtfully designed. Will was super helpful when I reached out before making my purchase, and he assisted me with returning an accessory I found I didn't need. After I placed my order, it showed up in just a couple of days, and I'm totally in love with my new bag!

A couple of years back, I picked up a Saxon backpack on Amazon and I've been super happy with it. My son was in need of a similar bag, so I went straight to Arcido since they ain't on Amazon anymore.

After waiting about a week with no sign of the bag, no updates on my order, and struggling to reach them by phone or email, I started to wish I had checked out the recent reviews before making my purchase.

But then, just three days after I shot off my first email, I got a response saying the Saxon v2 was out of stock. They offered me an upgrade, which I went for, and it showed up the very next day. The backpack is just as high quality as my original Saxon, and with their Summer Sale and the upgrade, it turned out to be a fantastic deal.

I ordered a backpack a couple of weeks back, opting for express delivery. I paid for the service and the item, but all I've gotten is one email from customer support saying they’d check with the warehouse about my order after I left a voicemail. Since then, I’ve tried the chat bot on Arcido’s website four times, emailed them four times, and called their customer service twice, but still no reply.

Feels like a scam, honestly. Let’s see how this plays out.

My initial order never showed up; it seems it was sent back. The next order showed up with the wrong backpack, totally not what I had requested. I reached out via email to ask about returning it, but I got no response. I'm really feeling frustrated.

It took almost 10 weeks after I made my purchase for anything to happen. The backpack finally showed up only after I initiated a PayPal claim for my money back. I reached out to customer service about a dozen times in the meantime, but it was all for nothing. Despite what arcido hinted at in their response, I didn’t get any refund through PayPal and ended up canceling my claim once the backpack finally arrived. This just goes to show how arcido operates. I’d definitely recommend steering clear of this shop.

I put in quite a bit of time looking into which bag to get and finally decided on Arcido’s lineup. I’ve been using both the Faroe and Oxna every week for work trips, and they’ve been super easy to handle.

The customer support has been fantastic too. A minor problem with my first bag was sorted out in just a few days.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the Akra and its packing cubes yet, but my initial thoughts are that everything appears to be of top-notch quality.

What I really want to highlight is their customer support, which has been outstanding. They assisted me in selecting the perfect bag and were super quick to respond when USPS misplaced my shipment. They stood by me throughout the entire process. When my initial bag went missing, I informed them about an upcoming trip in just over a week, and they took the necessary steps to ensure I received a replacement in time. I can't recommend them enough!

This item is truly top-notch. It's crafted from quality materials, and the storage bags offer a fantastic method for organization. Initially, I picked the wrong bag, but a quick email got me a response in under 12 hours to sort it out. Plus, I've gotten several follow-up emails checking in to see if I got the bags and if I was happy with them. I’m giving them 5 stars for their reliability and quick service.

I've got the Arcido Vaga and the Oxna, both of which are fantastic carry-ons. I've taken the Oxna all over the Middle East, and it holds up like a champ. The straps are crafted to make carrying pretty comfy, the internal layout is outstanding, and the laptop is kept safe and sound. Plus, the service is quick (and I’m talking lightning fast) and super helpful. This is a top-notch product that comes with stellar service.

My Akra showed up through DPD, and let me tell ya, the bag and accessories are just as they said. I'm really pleased with the quality. Couldn't be happier!

Amazing! I had a stellar time with Arcido. The Saxon bag is truly top-notch!

I picked up a Saxon for my weekend trips since I often head out for a couple of days and needed something to fit 2-3 days' worth of clothes. It’s just right for that! At first, I worried it might be on the smaller side, but nah, it’s got plenty of space. Plus, it’s handy for everyday use too, as it’s not overly large. I’ve also been super impressed with Arcido’s customer support on Facebook! I’ll definitely be watching for their future products.

I picked up a couple of backpacks through the Indiegogo campaign. They showed up last week, and my first impression is quite positive. The materials feel top-notch, and the stitching is done really well.

Both bags come with a bunch of really nice features and are designed thoughtfully.

Their customer support is super responsive and genuinely caring.
